• Be a medical student, resident, or licensed healthcare professional (for professional features)
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

We offer different account types:

• Mentee Accounts: For medical students and residents seeking mentorship
• Mentor Accounts: For licensed DPC physicians offering mentorship

4. Description of Services

DPC Mentor Platform provides:

• A platform to connect medical students/residents with DPC mentors
• Profile creation and management tools
• Communication features between users
• Scheduling and rotation management
• Educational resources about Direct Primary Care
• Review and rating systems

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Provide honest and accurate reviews
• Protect confidential information shared by other users

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data

6. User Content

Billing

• You authorize automatic recurring payments

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds for partial months of service.

User Relationships

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct harmful to other users or the Service

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and content
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
