The DPC Mentor Platform facilitates mentorship connections between experienced Direct Primary Care (DPC) physicians and medical students, residents, fellows, and physicians transitioning to DPC practice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Verification: Mentors must verify their credentials through the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES).

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Not misrepresent credentials or qualifications
• Not use the Platform for commercial solicitation without permission

5. Mentorship Relationships

5.1 No Professional Relationship: Mentorship connections facilitated through this Platform do not create a physician-patient relationship, employment relationship, or any other professional obligation.

5.2 Voluntary Participation: All mentorship relationships are voluntary and can be terminated by either party at any time.

5.3 Independent Advice: Mentors provide guidance based on their experience. Mentees should seek independent professional, legal, and financial advice for business decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6.2 No Medical Advice: This Platform does not provide medical advice. Information shared is for educational and mentorship purposes only.

6.3 User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on mentorship received through the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by DPC Unleashed and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms
